Material property and rules on its reuse

Material on the website www.viamedicea.it (not all owned by the Municipality but sometimes granted in exclusive and non-transferable use) and logos can be used only making a written request to the Tourism Office of the Municipality of Prato. In case the permission is granted it is required to mention the source.
Texts, videos and other multimedia material can be used by mentioning the source.

Transgressors will be punished with the relevant civil and criminal sanctions.
The constituent elements of the site are protected by commercial agreements and their use conforms to the laws on trademarks, unfair competition and further relevant regulations, they may not be copied or imitated.
